Overview
SuiteDash is an all-in-one business suite: client portal, CRM, projects, invoicing, proposals, contracts, email marketing and even a learning management system in one product. It has been around since 2015, according to its own site, and it describes itself as more than 25 native toolkits sitting on one shared data layer, with a single permission model called Circles controlling who sees what.
Its pitch is breadth at a flat price. Every plan includes unlimited users, contacts and portals, and full white labeling, including a custom domain, starts on the cheapest plan. There are no per-user or per-client fees, which is rare on this list and makes SuiteDash one of the most predictable tools to budget for as you grow.
It's aimed at businesses that want to replace several tools with one and are willing to spend time setting it up. The trade-off is the usual one for a suite this broad. There's a lot to configure, and the features that save the most time, like FLOWs automation, the onboarding toolkit and support tickets, sit on the top plan.
Key features
Full white label from $19
Every plan, including the $19 Start plan, includes SuiteDash's white labeling: a custom domain, a branded login screen, custom SMTP and branded system emails. Clients can install a branded progressive web app on their phone, though it isn't listed in app stores. SuiteDash notes that some advanced branding controls vary by plan.
CRM, projects and invoicing together
The portal sits on top of a CRM with unlimited contacts, project management, estimates and invoicing. Payments can run through Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.Net or Braintree, and it connects to QuickBooks Online. For teams that want contacts, work and billing in one database, this is the main draw.
Documents, e-signing and file exchange
SuiteDash lists Documents and eSigning, Contracts and a File Exchange toolkit as native features. That covers sending agreements for signature and swapping files with clients without a separate e-signature or file-sharing tool.
Sales tools on Thrive
The $49 Thrive plan adds proposals, deal pipelines, drip marketing and live chat with clients, and raises storage from 100GB to 500GB. If you sell to clients through proposals, this is the first plan that covers it.
Automations, onboarding and tickets on Pinnacle
The $99 Pinnacle plan adds FLOWs automation, an onboarding toolkit, a learning management system and support tickets, with 2TB of storage. If you want SuiteDash to run client onboarding or a ticket queue for you, this is the plan to price. FLOWs are the closest SuiteDash gets to automated client follow-up, but you design each flow yourself.
AI Skills
SuiteDash's AI Skills are agents with Decision and Compose skills, an optional human approval step called Wingman and a run history. They need either SuiteDash's own A.I. Service subscription, whose price isn't shown on the pricing page, or your own provider, such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, xAI or a custom endpoint. Wingman lets a person approve what an agent proposes before it runs, which is a sensible guardrail for anything client-facing.
Integrations
Beyond payments, SuiteDash lists Zapier, Make, Google and Outlook calendars, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Twilio, webhooks and an API. Support is offered by email, through a community forum and through setup documentation.
What it's like for your clients
Because it's fully white-labeled from the start, clients see your domain, your login page and your emails, not SuiteDash's. On a phone, they can install your branded web app. Inside, what they see depends on how you set it up: portal pages and dashboards, files through File Exchange, projects, invoices, documents to sign and, on Thrive and up, proposals and live chat. Secure messaging is listed as well.
How a client asks for something also depends on your setup. On Pinnacle, support tickets give clients a formal way to raise requests, and the onboarding toolkit can guide new clients through their first steps. On lower plans, requests tend to arrive through messages, chat or email. SuiteDash's public pages don't describe how clients sign in beyond the branded login screen.
The catch is that the client experience is only as good as your configuration. With this many toolkits, it's easy to show clients more than they need, and a cluttered portal is one clients avoid. On paper, nothing in SuiteDash briefs a vague request or chases a quiet client by default. FLOWs can automate steps on Pinnacle, and AI Skills can draft and decide, but you build those yourself. During the 14-day trial, build one real client's portal end to end, including the login page, emails and the web app, to see how long a good setup takes you.
Strengths and limitations
Strengths
- Flat price with unlimited users, contacts and portals on every plan
- White labeling and a branded app included from the $19 plan
- Very broad: portal, CRM, projects, invoicing and marketing in one tool
Limitations
- A lot to configure; setup takes far longer than lighter portals
- Automations, onboarding and tickets only on Pinnacle ($99/mo)
- AI needs a separate AI subscription or your own provider
Pricing
SuiteDash charges a flat price per plan, with no per-user or per-client fees. Start is $19 a month, Thrive $49 and Pinnacle $99 on monthly billing. Yearly billing works out to $15, $40 and $80 a month. There are also one-time lifetime options (from $2,240 for Start) and extra storage at $5 a month per 250GB. The 14-day trial runs on Pinnacle and needs no card.
A 5-person team with 10 clients pays $19 a month on Start, because users and clients are unlimited. That covers the portal, CRM, projects, invoicing and full white label. If you want proposals and client live chat, it's $49 on Thrive. If you want automations, onboarding or support tickets, which most teams buying a portal to save time will want, it's $99 on Pinnacle. Add the A.I. Service subscription if you use SuiteDash's AI instead of your own provider. On yearly billing, the same team pays $15, $40 or $80 a month, or $180, $480 or $960 a year.
Team size doesn't change any of this. A 3-person team pays the same $19, $49 or $99, and so does a 15-person team with 10 clients or 100. Only the plan and extra storage move the bill. Of all the tools here, SuiteDash has the flattest cost curve, which is its strongest argument for larger teams.
| Plan | Monthly | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Start | $19 | 100GB, full white label |
| Thrive | $49 | Adds proposals, pipelines, client live chat |
| Pinnacle | $99 | Adds automations, onboarding, support tickets |
Integrations: Stripe, PayPal, Square, QuickBooks Online, Zapier, Make, Google Calendar, Zoom.
Who it's for
A good fit if
- Teams that want CRM, invoicing, projects and a portal in one system
- Businesses with many clients or a large team, since the price stays flat
- Anyone who needs full white label and a custom domain on a small budget
- Firms that want to run client courses or training through a built-in LMS
- Owners willing to put real time into setup and upkeep
Look elsewhere if
- Teams that want to be live with clients the same day
- Teams that want automated client follow-up without building workflows
- Small teams that only need a simple place for requests and approvals
- Anyone who wants AI included without a separate subscription or provider
- Clients who expect an app from the App Store or Google Play
SuiteDash alternatives
DoraFree, then $10/client/moDora focuses on the client conversation, with an AI account manager that briefs requests and chases quiet clients out of the box. Pick it if follow-up costs you more time than juggling separate CRM and invoicing tools.
Plutio$19/moPlutio is a lighter all-in-one with projects, proposals, contracts and invoicing, aimed at freelancers and small teams. Pick it if SuiteDash feels like more system than you need.
Agency Handy$29/moAgency Handy covers service catalogs, orders, invoicing and a CRM for agencies. Pick it if you sell defined services and want less to configure.
The verdict
SuiteDash is the best value on this list if you count features per dollar. Unlimited users, full white label from $19 and a CRM with invoicing, e-signing and file exchange make it hard to beat on price, and the cost doesn't move as you hire. What you pay instead is time. Setting it up well takes work, the portal can feel busy if you turn on too much, and the parts that save hours, automations, onboarding and tickets, are on the $99 plan. AI also needs a separate subscription or your own provider. Choose it if you want one system for the whole back office and someone on the team will own the setup. Choose something lighter if your main problem is client follow-up.
